Skills:

• MUST HAVE FOOD SERVICE/PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE
• Ability to lead staff and a production floor
• Able to supervise and lead by example
• Good organizational skills
• Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Creativity in crafting new products
• PREFERRED: knowledge of FDA FSMA standards, and have knowledge and be able to implement GMPs, SOPs, OSHA, and any other regulations
