Production Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This salaried role offers competitive pay, additional compensation for Saturday shifts, and unique employee perks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily production schedules to meet operational goals
• Hire, train, and manage production staff, including disciplinary actions when necessary
• Supervise a department of 30+ employees
• Enforce GMPs and Food Safety policies across the plant
• Drive process improvements and ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing setting
• Proven supervisory experience managing teams of 30+ employees
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a hot environment (temperature inside the facility can be 30F higher than outside)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish or French (not required but highly valued)
• Experience in food manufacturing or similar regulated environments
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
