Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Operator 3rd to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator 3rd

Location: Austin, TX

Pay Range: $19.80

Shift: 3rd shift

What's the Job?

• Inspect components, materials, documents, and final products as part of the production process.
• Perform and document lot changes, line clearances, and production processes.
• Identify non-conforming products and ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems and improve production processes.
• Adhere to cGMP guidelines and company policies while maintaining a safe work environment.

What's Needed?

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Basic mathematical skills to perform calculations accurately.
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions precisely.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted and up to 75 lbs. assisted.
