Production Manager

Production Manager position located in the Bristol, Indiana area working at our client location who is a growing manufacturer.

This is a direct hire opportunity with a pay range of $80k to $85k. First shift position: Hours will be 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with OT.

Production Manager Role Overview

Lead daily manufacturing operationsincluding lamination, sub-assemblies, and three production linesto meet customer expectations, drive efficiency, and foster a culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities for the Production Manager

• Oversee production planning and execution
• Manage, train, and support supervisors and team leads
• Track output, costs, and KPIs to meet goals
• Ensure high product quality and workplace safety
• Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S initiatives
• Promote a positive, inclusive team environment
• Enforce policies consistently and fairly

Requirements

• 5+ years in manufacturing leadership
• Lamination experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing teams of 50+
• Lean/Six Sigma/5S certification a plus
• Proven success in boosting output and efficiency
