We are looking for someone to perform all administrative duties required to convert engineering data into shop fabrication data to communicate to the production line what needs to be manufactured. This includes:

• Performing all clerical tasks associated with releasing a job into the shop
• Creating applicable cut lists, bunking lists, fabrication drawings and electronic files necessary to operate the shop floor and the computerized manufacturing equipment
• Creating job folders and generating the shop drawings by work center
• Batching jobs and creating cutting reports
• Simultaneously creating the automated saw files and projection fabrication files
• Releasing job to production team, updating scheduling status
• Editing work order in on-line software for shop labor totals

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 18 months of truss fabrication experience.
