Warehouse Administrative Assistant

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and warehouse operations, is seeking a Warehouse Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Warehouse Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Kitting Department supporting production and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Administrative Assistant

Location: Covington, GA

Pay Range: $17/hour

Shift: 1st Shift (Hours 6am - 2:30pm)

What's the Job?

• Retrieve and control components for production orders in the kitting department
• Manage daily clerical functions including production tracking and record maintenance
• Assist in the movement of production runs to the finished goods warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventories in component storage areas
• Support shipment processes by pulling and sending out component shipments to other facilities

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic proficiency in computer use and keyboarding skills
• Ability to read and understand instructions effectively
• Strong math skills for basic calculations
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
