Production Associate - 1st Shift 6am-2:30pm

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Production Associate to join our dynamic manufacturing team. You will be responsible for handling bulk materials, performing general housekeeping tasks, measuring products, and batching processes. Although the role does not involve heavy lifting, you will be expected to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle materials efficiently, accounting for 40% of duties.
• Pack and shovel carbon into bags, constituting 20% of responsibilities.
• Perform miscellaneous labor tasks such as cleaning areas, mixing, and operating machines, making up the remaining 40% of tasks.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production and manufacturing.
• Ability to handle materials and use equipment such as pallet jacks, batch makers, and shovels.
• Proficiency in measuring, mixing, and machine operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience is a plus.
• A strong job history and a positive attitude are essential.
• Experience in assembly, mechanical work, and material handling is advantageous.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
