Production Worker

We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker for a 12 hour Friday, Saturday & Sunday schedule. Training will be Monday to Thursday 10 hour schedule. This role involves assembly, machine operation, and ensuring product specifications are met. Responsibilities also include packaging, prepping pallets, crating, and shipping metal components. The position requires cross training, involving multiple tasks and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform stacking function and operate machinery.
• Measure and monitor product specifications.
• Assist in packing and preparing pallets for shipment.
• Package, crate, and ship materials.
• Build crates and boxes, and print shipping labels.
• Operate manual lifts and sit-down forklifts.

Essential Skills:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing facility
• Verified good attendance record.
• 2+ years of sit-down forklift experience (certification provided).
• High School Diploma or GED.

Work Environment:

The work environment is a manufacturing facility. The dress code is jeans and a t-shirt and safety shoes. The weekend shift operates Friday-Sunday - training on 1st shift.

Job Type & Location:

This is a contract to hire position based out of York, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.60 - $20.60/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
