Position: Product Manager

Required: Banking industry, 2-4+ years product manager/owner experience

Location: Uptown Charlotte - 3 days/week on-site; 2 days/week remote

Duration: 12-18 month contract

Type: W2 contract, paid hourly. No C2C, 1099, or third-party submissions will be accepted. Only direct W-2 candidates will be considered.

Pay Rate Range: W2 $52-59/hr

Job Description: We are seeking a product owner with experience in financial services, specifically in risk rating and financial spreading. The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Think critically through use cases and prioritization
• Effectively communicate with cross-functional partners to gather requirements and provide updates
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and execution

Must have:

• Product mindset. Understand product lifecycle management
• SAFe POPM cert - Agile mindset
• Experience with UAT
• Enterprise level financial services background
• Attitude - great attitude. Challenge stakeholders. Think outside box. Creativity, innovation, thought leadership. Growth Minded
• Analytical mindset. Challenges what and why

Nice to have:

• Experience with nCino is a strong plus
• Basic SQL is a plus
