As a member of our Worldwide Product Marketing group, you’ll represent the customer throughout a product’s journey from concept through development and launch. You’ll develop and apply insights to help infuse innovative features into our product-development process. Together with our team, you’ll work to craft groundbreaking ideas into tangible products that excite the world.At Apple, we combine product management, product development, and product marketing responsibilities into a single, cross functional Product Management role that collaborates with design, engineering, finance, legal, marketing communications, public relations, market research, sales, and support for maximum impact across the organization.We are seeking a dynamic, successful Product Manager focused on driving the development of core experiences across Apple’s Creative Apps team — the group that helps bring products like Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, GarageBand, Pages, Keynote, and more to creators around the world. This includes working both inbound and outbound to drive the development, introduction, and maintenance of core workflows, features, and technologies. Description

In this role you will:- Collaborate with software engineering and product designers to define the strategy and roadmap for core experiences across Apple’s creative apps.- Author product requirements and drive the development of new onboarding journeys, learning content, and distribution platforms.- Research and synthesize technology trends, the creative apps landscape, and user feedback to identify new product and partnership opportunities.- Negotiate and influence product trade-offs impacting schedule and usability to improve user experience and differentiation.- Position our apps in the competitive landscape and craft compelling end-user messaging for the highest impact.- Transform market and customer insights into inspiring narratives that engage internal teams and shape the product vision.- Launch new features in conjunction with marketing communications, public relations and other product marketing teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years Product Management experience with at least one entire product development cycle from concept to introduction.
• Experience with consumer creative software products and technologies.
• BS/BA degree in marketing/business/engineering or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong track record of leading product development cycles and partnering closely with engineering/technical teams from an in-bound marketing perspective.
• Best-in-class oral and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated success as a product spokesperson on a national or global level.
• Ability to lead through influence, debate, and storytelling.
• Deep understanding of creative process, software, and workflows across artistic disciplines including music and video creation, photo editing, and visual design.
• Keen sense of cultural relevance, emerging trends, and consumer tastes in the creative industry.
• Passion for creative arts, including photography, film, music, literature and design.
• MS/MA/MBA preferred.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
