This role is crucial for delivering the lifetime value our customers expect from Ford. You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless flow of service parts, from initial design concepts through to end-of-life, directly impacting customer satisfaction and business success. If you are passionate about product integrity, enjoy complex problem-solving, and thrive in a collaborative, data-driven environment, this is the role for you.
