What You'll Do

• Operate shredding and chipping equipment to process recyclable materials.
• Manually move and handle heavy materials safely and efficiently without forklifts or wheeled operators.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.

• Physical Strength: Ability to consistently push and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Reliability: Strong attendance and punctuality are critical.
• Team Player: Works well in a collaborative environment.
• Communication: Ability to communicate clearly, especially regarding scheduling needs.
• Entry-Level Friendly: No prior experience required-just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
