As a PRN EEG Neurophysiology Technologist, you will have the opportunity to perform a variety of neurodiagnostic tests, including EEGs, Evoked Potentials, and Epilepsy Monitoring. This position offers flexibility with scheduling and the potential for additional shift differentials for nights and weekends.

Location: SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital, 1201 Grand, St. Louis, MO

Job Highlights:

• Work Flexibility: PRN schedule as needed

Requirements: A minimum of three years of experience in EEG testing or a R.EEG T. certification is required.

Your Role Includes:

1. Conducting standard and complex EEG and EP recordings while adhering to established protocols.
2. Thoroughly documenting patient history and providing summaries to aid in physician interpretations.
3. Managing patient charge forms to ensure accurate billing.
4. Supporting departmental goals and participating in educational opportunities for staff development.
5. Practicing safety and infection control policies while maintaining a clean and professional environment.
6. Delivering outstanding patient service by communicating effectively and respectfully with patients and families.
