Private Equity District Manager

As a Major Accounts Private Equity District Manager, you will identify and cultivate new business opportunities by driving strategic HCM initiatives for Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies. Building relationships with these firms and pulling leads through multiple funds into portfolio companies will be core to your role. You will build your own brand within the private equity community.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve/exceed an annual sales quota by selling to both new accounts and existing ADP clients.
• Develop and execute PE firm business plans to define strategies and tactics for success.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with internal channels and product partners; optimize "center of influence" to best fit client needs during the sales process, including shared sales credit.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively with a team to drive HCM expansion with new and existing clients and firms.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced, team environment and thrive under pressure.
• Leverage social media and networking to promote thought leadership and drive business development opportunities.
• Maintain a proactive, self‑confident work ethic and a commitment to career growth.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience with proven proficiency in selling, presentation, prospecting, and territory management.
• Track record of over‑achieving quota.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• New business sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree or higher.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in HCM, business consulting, finance, or accounting.
• In‑depth understanding of strategic sales processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to C‑suite level executives.
• Ability to leverage social media to promote thought leadership and drive business development opportunities in the local market.
• Established network connections and ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand multiple industry issues and potential integration of ADP's HCM solutions.
• Mature, self‑confident, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong work ethic, commitment to building a career path, and interest in Private Equity, consulting, or finance experience.

Compensation

• Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and relevant experience.
• The compensation range is USD $56,100.00–$121,500.00 per year, with potential bonus, equity, or commission.
• Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state, and local laws.
