This role supports Mandiant's Advanced Intelligence Access (AIA) program. The AIA program enables customers, via an onsite Cyber Analyst, access to the totality of Mandiant's Threat Intelligence, including raw data. You will ensure the delivery of actionable intelligence to each customer's security or operational environments in order to drive decision making and action. You will also act as a conduit to Mandiant's extensive network of cyber security, threat intelligence, and information operations professionals. This is an onsite, client-facing position. Will require the ability at times to support client facing work one to two days a week in Reston, VA and surrounding areas.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $164,000-$243,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role in cyber security (e.g., Network Forensics Analyst, Threat Intelligence Analyst).
• Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Experience with project management.
• Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with polygraph.
• Ability to travel up to 10% internationally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in an investigative role (network forensics analyst, intelligence threat analyst, or security engineer/consultant) in a customer facing environment, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• Experience in using tools for analysis such as intrusion operations, enterprise security controls, log analysis, network flow and traffic analysis, incident response processes, cyber attack life-cycles and models.
• Experience in the consumption, processing, and analysis of tactical (technical) CTI within an operational environment.
• Excellent CTI research, analysis, and report writing skills, with the ability to service strategic, operational, and tactical audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate tools and best practices for tracking advanced threats, tools, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) of attacker's motivations, and industry and attacker trends.
• Perform strategic, tactical, and operational research and analysis of adversarial cyber threats.
• Correlate intelligence to develop deeper understandings of tracked threat activity.
• Present tactical and strategic intelligence about threat groups, the methodologies they use, and the motivations behind their activity and convey the importance of findings to a variety of audiences.
• Work with customers to determine their intelligence needs and requirements and prepare and deliver briefings and reports to the customers' executives, security team, and fellow analysts.
