Basic Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree in computer science or other engineering field

• n

  10+ years of experience

  n

• n

  Previous experience with leading the delivery of large-scale systems focused on large language models including the data preparation, modeling, and evaluation stages including distillation, supervised fine tuning, and policy optimization

  Previous experience with deep learning, transformers models, and frameworks like PyTorch or Tensor Flow

Preferred Qualifications

  Master's degree or higher preferred

  Previous experience mentoring and developing junior engineers

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $180,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $311,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
