Our client, a leader in aerospace innovation, is seeking a Principal Aircraft Aerospace Systems Engineer to join their team. As a Principal Systems Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  Support the design, modeling, and integration of aircraft systems using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies.

  n

  Create and maintain SysML-based system models with CAMEO to represent architecture, behavior, and interfaces.

  n
n
• n

  Translate high-level requirements into structured models ensuring end-to-end traceability across tools like DOORS NG and Jira.

  n
n
• n

  Collaborate with hardware, software, and test teams to ensure system models support verification and validation activities.

  n
n
• n

  Assist in system integration efforts, identifying dependencies and supporting test readiness through detailed modeling and documentation.

What's Needed?

  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.

  n

• n

  At least 4 years of experience supporting aerospace systems with hands-on MBSE expertise.

  n

• n

  Proficiency with CAMEO Systems Modeler and a solid understanding of SysML.

  n
n
• n

  Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS NG and Jira.

  n

• n

  Ability to model complex system architectures and interfaces, supporting lifecycle traceability and system safety frameworks.
