Hours Per Week : 40 (10 month position)

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000

SUMMARY :

As a Primary Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being of students by providing essential mental health treatment, fostering a trusting relationship, and ensuring a quality life for each patient.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, counseling, and clinical interventions for a designated caseload.
• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
• Collaborate as a key member of an interdisciplinary team in delivering effective patient care.
• Maintain communication with internal and external care providers to support comprehensive assessments and coordinated care.
• Engage in professional supervision and continuous education to enhance care quality.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a full caseload and meet productivity targets while minimizing missed appointments.
• Utilize proficient computer skills for electronic documentation.
• Obtain licensure or permit within the required timeframe.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's Degree in a Human Services field is required.
• LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT, or a permit holder in one of these professions is required; limited permit or license must be obtained within one year of hire.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Experience in a school-based setting is preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are preferred.
• Comfort with using interpreter services (video and phone) is beneficial.

This is a sedentary role requiring the ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally. The position primarily involves sitting, with occasional walking or standing required.

$53,310.00 - $66,420.00
