• Join a well-known and growing practice with an established patient panel
• Team consists of 10 physicians and 6 APP’s - including 2 Pediatricians and 1 Internal Medicine Physician
• Embedded services such as Anticoagulation Clinic, Complex Care, Diabetic Educator, Nurse Visit Clinic, and Behavioral Health Services to assist in management of patients for best patient care outcomes
• Large clinic space - with 2-3 dedicated exam rooms per provider
• Outpatient only position
• Minimal call. OSF After-Hours Call Center will take first call.
• Flexible scheduling to support work/life harmony in a mission driven culture
• Family oriented team with longevity
• H1B and J1 visa applications accepted

• Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
• Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
• Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
