Outpatient Primary Care Physician Opportunity

Practice Setting

• Employed position with a reputable regional health system
• Outpatient-only setting with no pediatric cases
• Option to pick up hospitalist or nursing home shifts if desired
• Support staff includes a dedicated MA and a shared LPN

Schedule

• Flexible full-time schedule; choose between 4 full days or 4.5 shorter days
  • 1:6 call rotation-physicians only cover their own practice
  • Triage service handles initial after-hours calls

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $220,000-$240,000 with potential to earn $325,000-$375,000
  • $12,000 sign-on bonus
  • 4 weeks PTO + 5 CME days + all holidays
  • Comprehensive malpractice coverage, including tail
