We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Physician Assistant to join our primary care team in the beautiful Seneca Falls, NY. This opportunity allows you to work directly with patients in a community-based setting, focusing on preventive care, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient exams and develop patient management plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and manage patient care.
• Provide guidance on wellness, prevention, and early detection to patients.
• Prescribe medication and treatments and monitor patients' health outcomes.
• Assist in the development of clinic protocols and health promotion practices.
• Handle both acute and chronic health issues, focusing on holistic patient care.
• Participate in community health initiatives organized by the practice.
• Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Board PA Certification required.
• Valid NYS License to practice as a Physician Assistant.
• Proven experience in primary care settings.
• Strong clinical skills in family medicine and urgent care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continued education and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Additional certification in primary care specialties preferred.
• Experience in pediatric, geriatric, or women’s health.
