Soccer Shots Part-Time Youth Soccer Coach

Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-9. You'll laugh. You'll break a sweat. You'll go home at the end of the day knowing that you made a difference. It may be tough, but coaching our kids will be one of the most rewarding things you ever do.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Base Pay: The training rate is $15/hour. After completing training, pay is $20/hour (including admin and setup/breakdown time). Pay can be up to $28/hour through advancement.

• Training - No experience is required. We offer a paid comprehensive training program to learn Soccer Shots' clear and easy-to-learn curriculum.

Schedule:

• Mondays through Fridays: Mornings, afternoons, and evenings are available.
• Saturdays: Mornings are required.

The Job:

• Bring "Soccer Island" alive with your enthusiasm and creativity.
• Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 9 years old, including field set-up and take-down.
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
• Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots' curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.

• Genuine passion for children and sports.

• Ability to stand, jog, and model children's soccer skills.
