Prep worker characteristics, duties and responsibilities include:

Self-starter able to stay on task and work independently

Team player work well with other Team Members and leaders

Strong attention to detail

Responsible for inspecting daily produce orders for quality

Maintain produce inventory to include possibility of placing produce orders

Follow recipes to accurately prepare menu items

Ensure accurate weights and measurements for all recipe items

Keep workstation clean at all times

Perform other tasks in the kitchen as needed throughout shift

Keep a positive attitude

Treat all Team Members with honor, dignity and respect

Strictly adhere to all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures
