Job Summary

Chop, slice, and prep your way to culinary greatness! As a Prep Cook, you will support the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, setting up workstations, and following food safety standards. You'll ensure consistency, speed, and cleanliness while contributing to a smooth and successful service.

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Familiarity with basic kitchen tools and techniques
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Prior prep cook or foodservice experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients including chopping, slicing, measuring, and mixing
• Follow recipes and portioning standards accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas
• Label, date, and store prepped items according to food safety standards
• Communicate with kitchen team to ensure readiness and efficiency
