Job Summary

Chop, slice, and prep your way to culinary greatness! As a Prep Cook, you will support the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, setting up workstations, and following food safety standards. You'll ensure consistency, speed, and cleanliness while contributing to a smooth and successful service.

Qualifications:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs
Familiarity with basic kitchen tools and techniques
Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
Prior prep cook or foodservice experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients including chopping, slicing, measuring, and mixing
Follow recipes and portioning standards accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas
Label, date, and store prepped items according to food safety standards
Communicate with kitchen team to ensure readiness and efficiency
