Prep Cook - Alma San Diego, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel

We are hiring a Prep Cook! Responsibilities include preparing food following recipes, helping to put away all orders using FIFO, keeping the walk-in clean and organized, and preparing employee cafeteria meals for our employees. Proper documentation on all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP, and practicing safety standards at all times. Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparations, and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles.

Compensation: $21-22/hour.
