Our client, a leading organization in the construction manufacturing industry, is seeking Precast Operators to join their team. As a Precast Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality construction components.

Job Title: Precast Operator

Location: Chicago Heights, IL

Pay Range: $18 an hour

Shift: 2nd (2pm-10pm)

What's the Job?

• Set up and prepare molds for pouring concrete products.
• Accurately mix and pour concrete into the prepared forms.
• Place and secure rebar or wire mesh to reinforce the concrete before curing.
• Finish the surface of the concrete and monitor the curing process to ensure quality.
• Operate machinery such as forklifts, loaders, and vibrators to move materials and equipment.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills.
• Physical strength to lift heavy loads.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
• Experience operating equipment like forklifts is preferred but not required.
