Your Role:

• Nurturing Care: Provide tender, loving care to 4 year olds, creating a secure and comforting environment where they can explore and grow.
• Stimulating Curriculum: Implement developmentally appropriate activities that engage and stimulate young minds, encouraging exploration and curiosity.
• Building Bonds: Establish strong bonds with each child, recognizing and responding to their individual needs, fostering trust and security.
• Parent Engagement: Cultivate open and positive communication with parents, sharing insights into their child's day and collaborating on developmental goals.
• Safe Environment: Ensure a safe and hygienic environment, following health and safety guidelines to provide a secure space for our littlest learners to thrive.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
• Experience: Previous experience working with preschool age is required.
• Passion: A genuine love for working with the youngest members of our community, coupled with a warm and nurturing demeanor.
• Team Spirit: Collaborative spirit and a willingness to work closely with fellow educators to create a harmonious learning environment.

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
