Strategic Governance Intern

In the team Advanced Operations (AO), we develop and manage the production processes for new products. At the interface between development, production, quality and purchasing, we significantly influence the successful launch of our products taking into account time, cost and quality requirements.

Starting in spring 2026, we are looking for an intern (m/w/d) in the area of Strategic Governance to support our team in the management and further development of transformation and development projects. You will gain insights into strategy implementation and actively participate in identifying synergies with.

• As an intern in the area of Strategic Governance, you will support our team in the strategic management and operational implementation of initiatives. You will gain insights into the work of a Strategic Project Management Officer (PMO) and work closely with international teams.

• Gain practical experience in project management through participation in development projects in a dynamic, international environment.

• Develop your skills in coordination, communication, and stakeholder management through collaboration with international teams and experts from different functions.

• Actively contribute to the optimization of manufacturing processes, short development times, and continuous improvement in a global medical technology company.

• You are studying engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, medical technology, production technology, industrial engineering, mechatronics, or are enrolled in a similar field of study.

• You convince in the cooperation with interfaces through communication skills, openness and engagement.
