Job Title: PPM Carpenter - Lakeland, FL

Job Summary:

MOR PPM Inc., seeks Industrial Carpenters for a job in Lakeland, FL. This is a full time temporary position. Must have proper knowledge and experience in operating hand and power tools consistent with Industrial Building.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  Cut, fabricate, and install Industrial buildings and other structures according to specifications

  n

• n

  Job will entail working in diverse settings to produce steady and functional infrastructures and products

  n
n
• n

  A carpenter is an individual with great hand dexterity and an eye for detail

  n
n
• n

  Measure, layout, build forms, pour concrete and finish project.

  n
n
• n

  Ideal candidate will also have good knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials and masonry work

  n
n
• n

  Being able to work with little supervision while following all health and safety standards is essential.

  n
n

Experience:

Minimum of 1-year experience with working in a carpentry role.

Qualifications & Skills:

• n

  Use effective verbal and written communication skills. Add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers and fractions rapidly and accurately.

  n

• n

  Move in and around confined and cluttered places, and uneven areas. Full range of motion and flexibility.

  n
n
• n

  Must possess a valid driver's license.

  n
n

  May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
