As a Power BI Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing business intelligence solutions. You will work closely with Finance and Operations to build scalable dashboards, automate reporting processes, and uncover actionable insights that drive performance and growth.

Collaborate with finance and operations teams to gather reporting requirements and KPIs.

Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to executive-level decision-making.

Integrate data from multiple sources, including ERP, CRM, and aviation-specific systems.

Optimize data models for performance and scalability.

Implement data governance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Provide training and documentation for internal stakeholders.

Support ad hoc analysis and reporting needs during periods of rapid growth and operational change.

Proven experience as a Power BI Consultant or similar role.

Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.

Experience working with financial and operational data.

Familiarity with aviation industry metrics and systems is a plus.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $45.00/hr.
