Location: Near the Ocala Airport

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

Schedule: MondayThursday, 4:30 AM 3:00 PM

Overtime: Mandatory Fridays and Saturdays as needed

Position Overview: Client currently hiring for a Powder Coater to join their production team. This role is responsible for applying powder coating to metal parts, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets company and customer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and clean metal surfaces for coating
• Apply powder coating using spray equipment and techniques
• Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety procedures and production schedules

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in powder coating or industrial painting preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
