Job Description
As a Security Professional - Financial Site in Alpharetta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a financial institution location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter potential security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. You will be expected to communicate clearly and professionally, responding to situations as they arise and assisting with any security-related concerns. What You'll Do:
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
- Observe and report any suspicious behavior or activity within the location.
- Assist visitors, employees, and/or customers with directions and general inquiries.
- Work closely with site management and Allied Universal leadership to address security-related concerns specific to the financial institution environment.
- Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities.

- Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
- A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
- Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
