Meaningful, hands-on careYou'll provide direct nursing support under the guidance of a registered nurse or physician, ensuring each patient receives high-quality, compassionate care aligned with hospice standards.

Purpose-driven workDeliver comfort-focused care that helps manage symptoms and enhance quality of life for patients, while offering emotional support to their families during deeply personal moments.

Team-based collaborationWork side by side with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to creating holistic, personalized care plans that honor each patient's journey.

A role beyond the bedsideTravel to patient homes throughout McCall and surrounding communities, building meaningful relationships while educating patients and caregivers to help them feel confident and supported.

Preferred Experience One (1) year of LPN experience in a long-term care or hospice setting.

Qualifications Education: Graduation from an accredited LPN program.

Qualifications Licenses/Certifications: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Idaho.
