What you can expect from this role

Conduct follow-up visits as per provider recommendations, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.

Perform venipunctures when needed, follow up on results, and communicate patient outcomes.

Assist in maintaining up-to-date health records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Help manage telephone calls, telehealth, and video visits, as well as follow up with patients.

Full-time, weekdays, with a total of 36-40 hours in 9-hour shifts.

Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Certifications

Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant from one of the following: NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, or NHA
