The expected salary range for this role is between $61,348 and $68,165, depending on experience, complemented by a generous benefits package.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Plumbing Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing fixtures and piping systems. Ideal candidates will exhibit strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Routine tasks include repairing or replacing faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, domestic water lines, and drain lines.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Inspect, install, repair, and replace pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures to ensure efficient water supply and waste disposal.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Adhere to safety regulations and building codes during installations and repairs.
• Utilize various plumbing tools and equipment, including pipe cutters and welding equipment.
• Provide customers with rough estimates for plumbing repairs and replacements.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used in plumbing tasks.
• Promote additional services offered by Constellation Home to customers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Relevant experience in plumbing service.
• Valid gas fitter's license.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing service, local codes, and materials.
• Advanced skills in servicing hot water and steam boilers.
• Expertise in using sewer cleaning machines.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending and climbing ladders.
• Capability to lift and carry various weights.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
• Journeyman trade license in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical.
• Valid driver's license required.
