Plumber Position $28/hr to $40/hr START ASAP!

Description:

• Ability to maintain all Kansas City Kansas Community College (KCKCC) plumbing systems to include hot and cold-water systems, gas, sewer lines, roof, and storm drains.

• Inspect all existing systems for proper operations and make repairs to sinks, stools, urinals, water fountains, ice machines floor drains, etc., as needed.

• Maintain an inventory of tools and spare parts.

• Plan jobs with cost estimates, order materials after reviewing with the Assistant Director of Facility Services.

• Knowledge of and ability to use and operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment found in large facilities

Pay & Shift:

• Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm or 8:00am -4:30pm

• Pay is $28/hour $40/Hour

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $40.00/hr.
