Commercial Construction Plumbing Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Plumbing Foreman to oversee and manage plumbing projects on commercial job sites. This role involves planning, laying out, participating in, and supervising plumbing work while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of plumbing projects, from initial planning and budgeting to final inspection and cleanup.
• Direct and manage a team of plumbers, ensuring each team member is trained and equipped to perform their job duties.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular safety audits.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Stay current with industry developments and advancements in plumbing techniques and technology.

Essential Skills

• 10 years of commercial plumbing experience
• 5 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing theory, methods, practices, tools, and equipment
• Experience with hot water systems and setting fixtures
• Comfortable with drain cleaning
• Experience with boilers is a plus

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in pipefitting is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience in commercial construction and mechanical systems

Pay and Benefits
