We are seeking dedicated individuals in the roles of EMT Basic, EMT Advanced, Paramedic, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN) for our Plasma Donation Center. Your experience makes you an excellent fit for our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical examinations and establish medical histories to ensure donor eligibility.
• Build rapport with donors to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Safeguard donor and staff confidentiality.
• Inform donors of potential hazards.
• Provide educational support about general health and counseling regarding test results.
• Assess and manage donor injuries and adverse events.
• Perform evaluations of medical history to maintain donor eligibility.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Administer the Hepatitis Vaccine program for employees.

Qualifications:

Current certification/licensure in the state of employment as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Paramedic, or EMT. Current CPR certification is required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work while standing and sitting for extended periods.
• Frequent hand and foot movement, with light lifting requirements.
• Capacity to bend and twist for various tasks.
• Responsiveness to sensory demands, including hearing and vision capabilities.
• Communication skills for clarity and understanding in diverse situations.

This role is performed in a plasma center with potential exposure to biological fluids and extreme cold environments. Personal protective equipment will be provided as necessary.
