Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in process automation and electrical systems, is seeking a Plant Electrical Project Engineer to join their team. As a Plant Electrical Project Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting electrical design, project management, and system integration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Design, install, and support electrical power distribution systems from 24V up to 15KV within the plant.

Create detailed AutoCAD drawings including single line diagrams, wiring schematics, and control layouts.
n n - n
Manage electrical projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.
n n - n
Collaborate with process control teams to develop I/O checklists and support system commissioning.

Maintain electrical documentation, drawings, and equipment lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, P&ID reading, and electrical schematics.
n n - n
Experience with power distribution systems up to 15kV and process instrumentation design.

Knowledge of applicable electrical codes and standards such as NFPA 70E, NEC 70, IEC, and UL.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Diseñar, instalar y dar soporte a sistemas de distribución eléctrica desde 24V hasta 15KV en la planta.

Crear planos detallados en AutoCAD incluyendo diagramas unilineales, esquemas de cableado y diseños de control.

Gestionar proyectos eléctricos desde la concepción hasta la finalización, asegurando entregas oportunas y cumplimiento de estándares.

Colaborar con los equipos de control de procesos para desarrollar listas de entrada/salida y apoyar en la puesta en marcha de sistemas.

Mantener la documentación eléctrica, dibujos y listas de equipos, asegurando precisión y cumplimiento.

Licenciatura en ingeniería eléctrica o campo relacionado con más de 5 años de experiencia relevante.

Dominio en AutoCAD, lectura de P&ID y esquemas eléctricos.

Experiencia en sistemas de distribución eléctrica hasta 15kV y diseño de instrumentación de procesos.
