Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Pizza Cook to join our food service team at Spectrum Center. As a Pizza Cook, youll be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas quickly and efficiently during events, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to standardized recipes and portion sizes

Operate pizza ovens and related kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and kitchen area

Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (e.g., proper food handling, storage, labeling)

Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout the event

Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as assigned

Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other concession workers

Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests at service counters (if applicable)

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food preparation or pizza making preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe certification a plus)

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
