Ascension St. John is looking for two Board Certified/Board Eligible Vascular Surgeons to join our growing Cardiovascular Service Line.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension St. John health system.

Position Highlights:

• Existing care team of podiatry, cardiology, wound care, cardiothoracic, vascular, and general surgical specialties
• Robust cardiovascular team with 17 cardiologists, 2 CVT surgeons, and a large supportive group of advanced practice providers
• Competitive compensation and benefits package and ancillary support including dedicated vascular surgery advanced practice providers.
• Access to angiogram suites in the heart cath lab and two hybrid operating rooms (one existing and one in build phase)
• On site and state of the art clinic just minutes from the operating room and heart cath lab in one facility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient vascular surgery services
• Participates in quality improvement programs, and works to ensure the success of efforts to improve quality of care provided to patients
• Opportunity to participate in academic programs (e.g. medical education and research) as requested.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
