Urgent Care Physician

Ascension St. Vincent's is looking for an Urgent Care Physician for our Urgent Care Program. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension St. Vincent's to provide medical services to patients.

Responsibilities include obtaining patient history and performing assessments; ordering, performing and interpreting diagnostic procedures; providing and documenting direct treatment and management of health conditions; counseling and educating patients and their families/caregivers concerning preventative health, treatment options and community resources; and performing preventative health assessments, screening, immunizations and care.

• St. Vincent's Medical Center Riverside is a 528-bed hospital founded by the Daughters of Charity in 1916.

Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Florida Board of Medicine obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
