  • Office Hours: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (8:00 AM 4:30 PM)
  • Surgeries: Conducted on Mondays and Wednesdays
  • ER Call: 24-hour ER call coverage for orthopedic emergencies
• Board Certification: Must be board-certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
• License Requirement: Active West Virginia medical license required
• EMR System: MediTech
• Privileges: Temporary privileges available
• Call Type: 24-hour ER call coverage
• Holiday Coverage: Must be available for select holidays, including:
  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 4 days
