• Competitive salary range of $800,000 to $877,000 annually

• EPIC EMR utilized system-wide

• Provide expert inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical care including general neurosurgery and the opportunity to develop a robust elective spine practice

• Manage a clinic schedule of 8-12 patients daily, supported by 3-4 experienced PAs

• Participate in operating room cases approximately 2 days per week

• Handle 7 days per month of ER call, primarily reviewing imaging remotely with minimal in-person requirements; floor calls managed by PAs

• Provide one weekend on-call coverage per month

• Collaborate with a collegial team consisting of one Neurosurgeon and four APPs

• Utilize onsite resources including pain service, on-site X-ray, and neuro-navigation tools to enhance patient outcomes

• Maintain thorough documentation in EPIC EMR system

• 2 days in clinic

• 2 days in the OR

• 1 flexible day

• On-call: 7 days per month (mostly remote imaging review)

• Approximately one weekend call per month
