Position Highlights:

• First sleep center in the region to obtain AASM accreditation
• Sleep studies are performed five nights per week; Daytime testing is available for night shift worker

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Board Certification in Sleep Medicine
Preferred Credential(s):
Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
