Position Overview:

• Job Title: Locum Tenens - Radiologist (Mammography)
• Location: Near Brooksville, FL
• Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Practice Setting: On-site hospital work (no telemedicine)
• Specialty: Mammography and General Diagnostic Radiology
• Start Date: Open until filled
• Call Requirements: None
• Weekend Requirements: None

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general mammography and diagnostic imaging services
• Conduct stereotactic breast biopsies
• Supervise fluoroscopy procedures
• Interpret a variety of general diagnostic imaging studies
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Utilize EMR systems (EPIC/Radiant) and PACS (Merge) for reporting and image management
• Dictation software (Fluency) provided for ease of reporting

Job Requirements:

• Board-certified in Radiology with a subspecialty in Mammography REQUIRED
• Active Florida medical license REQUIRED
• DEA certification REQUIRED
• Expertise in general mammography, biopsies, and diagnostic imaging
• Experience using EPIC and PACS systems preferred
