Seeking additional Psychiatrists for our expanding team in Sioux City, Iowa. Innovative and highly respected psychiatry practice has been providing the full spectrum of mental health services to residents of the Siouxland region for over 25 years.

Responsibilities

• Join a private psychiatry practice that provides children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of mental health services, including individual and group therapy.
• Practice in a state-of-the-art facility that utilizes the latest technology.
• In-house pharmacy.
• Athelas program to provide patients with cutting edge care and tools to monitor vitals, weights and glucose levels in their own home at no cost.
• Collaborate with a collegial team that includes Psychiatrists, mid-level providers (PA-C and PMHNP) and therapists.
• Benefit from an extraordinary volume and a large existing patient base.
• Enjoy a physician-friendly work schedule with the ability to customize your own practice; current scheduling includes 1-hour new patient visits and 30-minute follow-ups.
• Decide on how you want to focus on providing outpatient care.
• Very limited on-call responsibilities; coverage for mid-levels via phone.
• Supportive relationship with 2 local hospitals with a total of 20 inpatient beds.
• J1 waiver friendly.
