About This Role

A PRN Physician with Intermountain Health, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals, including 1-2 other providers, who are committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role:

• You will practice at Draper InstaCare Clinic in Draper, Utah just south of Salt Lake City as your primary clinic.
• You will see patients of all ages in an Urgent Care setting.
• Your clinical time will be 12-hour shifts, days + evenings, and may fall on a Sunday through Saturday (open 7 days a week).
• Float shifts at nearby Intermountain Clinics are expected from time to time; requires an occasional commute.

What You'll Bring

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
• Residency training in Family Medicine / Primary Care.
• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process.
• The ability to efficiently utilize our electronic health record EPIC.
• Previous experience in an urgent care/emergency department setting preferred.

How We Support You

PRN Physicians will have medical malpractice/liability with tail cover age starting from your date of hire.
