Overview

Physician-led group of physiatrists is seeking a BE/BC staff physiatrist based out of inpatient rehab facility in Cleveland, OH. Locum or permanent position with great support and no income cap.

Responsibilities

• Provide physiatry care as a BE/BC staff physiatrist based out of an inpatient rehab facility.
• Collaborate with an experienced physical medicine physician leadership team.
• Participate in flexible, diverse, independent practices; support inpatient rehab and, where applicable, hospital consults and/or SNF and/or LTAC settings.
• Operate under either independent contractor (1099) or employed (W2) pay model, with a choice of arrangement.
• Utilize integrated EHR / practice management system for efficient documentation, data capture and revenue cycle capabilities.
• Access in-house practice development resources and recruiting to support career opportunities and physician extenders as needed.
• Adhere to risk management and compliance departments to protect patients and practice integrity.

• Base salary with monthly productivity bonus (no income cap).
